Who is Eva ? 

I'm passionate about outdoor sports and living a life without limits. From mountain biking and snowboarding to hiking and boxing, I’ve always embraced the thrill of movement. What keeps me going strong in all of these activities is weight training. It’s the foundation that keeps my muscles strong, helps me stay injury-free, and allows me to enjoy my hobbies at the highest level. 

My goal is to share this strength with my clients. Through weight training, I help women build the resilience to move through life with confidence and ease—whether that means playing with their kids, conquering a hike, running marathons, or simply living pain-free and unrestricted I believe that with the right training, you can take on anything life throws your way.

My Story

How’s everything started : 

From my teenage I struggled to accept my own body. I was constantly trying to lose a few pounds. I would spent hours on doing crazy cardio programs. Despite relentless efforts more cardio I did, the more exhausted I felt and the less progress I saw. 

 

Until one day, my friend introduced me to weight training. For the first time my body began to respond in remarkable ways. Not only I start loosing weight but I also began to build muscle and gain more self-confidence. My body started to develop a shape that I had never seen before. 

 

This new passion led me to dive deeper and learn more about weight training and nutrition.  

Over the years, I’ve gain more and more knowledge in weight training, strength-building technique and on how to execute a proper form. I educated myself on balanced diets that were healthy, satisfying and sustainable. 

 

As a fitness coach, I am dedicated to teaching women about the incredible power of weight training.  

I want to show women that they can lead a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle without being tied to restrictive diets and endless hours of cardio workouts.
